Save PDF:

Option 1: Using Microsoft Word
Open Microsoft Word: Open a blank document.
Insert the PDF: Go to Insert > Object > Create from File > Browse and choose your PDF.
Word will convert it to an editable format.
Add Text: Click where you want to add text and type it.
Save as PDF: Once you’re done, save the document as a PDF by going to File > Save As and choosing PDF as the format.

Option 2: Using Google Docs
Upload PDF to Google Drive: Go to drive.google.com and upload your PDF.
Open with Google Docs: Right-click the uploaded file, choose Open with, and select Google Docs.
Add Text: Once the PDF is opened in Google Docs, you can click where you want to add text and type it.
Download as PDF: Go to File > Download > PDF Document (.pdf).
