Creative Partners Wanted

SeniorU is seeking individuals or groups from the arts community to collaborate in offering enriching in-person workshops and presentations for older adults at senior community centers, libraries, and living communities.

About SeniorU

SeniorU has established a reputation for delivering engaging presentations and lectures on a wide range of topics, including technology, history, and current events. As Therapy Gardens, we conduct workshops on gardening, cooking, and wellness. Tailored for older adults, our activities are designed to enrich lives by fostering a sense of community, learning, and well-being.

We take great pride in working with all kinds of people, from active older adults to therapeutic populations. We work with large cities, small rural towns, and everywhere in between.

Seeking to Expand Our Offerings

We are excited to introduce an arts component to our repertoire. We believe in the power of creativity to inspire and engage, and thus, we are open to all manners of artistic expression. Whether you specialize in visual arts, music, dance, storytelling, or any other form of creative work, we want to hear from you. The goal is to co-create unique presentations and activities that resonate with older adults, considering their interests and physical/dexterity needs.

Partnership Benefits

This is a paid position.

Creative Freedom – We welcome fresh ideas and innovative approaches. Ideas proposed and developed will remain the property of the artist.
Financial Incentive – This is a paid, revenue-sharing partnership. Compensation details will be negotiated based on the proposal and scope of work.
Community Impact – Connect with an audience eager to learn and be inspired. Your work will have a direct positive impact on the lives of many.
Enhanced Exposure – Gain visibility within the local community and among a demographic that appreciates cultural enrichment.
