I started SeniorU at age 50 because I saw how many older adults wanted to keep learning and connecting. I was also looking for new experiences and challenges in my own life. 

I’m thrilled to say that I got what I wanted. What started as small gardening and cooking workshops has grown into something much bigger. 

Today, as SeniorU and Therapy Gardens, we offer everything from cooking to artificial intelligence, and plenty in between! We work with people, communities, and organizations to bring credible and timely information to older adults. 

The world is changing fast. New technologies. Groundbreaking medical advancements. Faster access to useful information. These things are exciting, but can also feel overwhelming, and maybe even a little intimidating.
